Lanson Place Mall of Asia unveils The Weekend Buffet Collection, a new series of curated dining experiences at Cyan Modern Kitchen that transforms weekends into memorable culinary occasions. From premium carving selections and seafood feasts to family-style Sunday gatherings, each themed dining experience offers guests a distinct gastronomic journey overlooking Manila Bay.
Beginning 24–26 July 2026 and available on alternating weekends until 13 December 2026, The Weekend Buffet Collection takes place every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, inviting diners to return for a different culinary experience each weekend. Every offering is thoughtfully crafted around premium ingredients, seasonal flavours, and immersive dining concepts.

Saturdays: The Grand Cyan Buffet
Saturdays feature Cyan Modern Kitchen’s most indulgent buffet experience. Guests can savour freshly grilled seafood, lobster, crabs, shellfish, premium meats, international favourites, and interactive live cooking stations during lunch and dinner.
