The luxury bayside property welcomes master floral artists and delegates across the region to celebrate harmony, nature, and the timeless art of Ikebana.
Conrad Manila is the home of the 16th Asian Regional Conference of Ikebana International, bringing together floral artists and international delegates to showcase the traditional art of Japanese flower arrangement. Organized by Ikebana International Manila Chapter 108 in collaboration with chapters from Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, and Davao, the event features a public exhibition running until October 3, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the hotel’s Taft Ballrooms on level 3.
The two-day exhibition features floral arrangements created by regional masters and international delegates, focusing on themes of harmony, balance, and natural design. Alongside the main display, visitors can access the Friendship Room and Bazaar, which offers Japanese floral supplies, ceramics, and cultural items. The broader conference schedule also includes master demonstrations, highlighted by a presentation by Headmaster Hiroki Ohara of the Ohara School of Ikebana on October 4.
As the host venue, Conrad Manila provides a central setting for this international cultural exchange, connecting local visitors and hotel guests with traditional Japanese floral art. The public exhibition is open to all visitors at the Taft Ballrooms, Conrad Manila, located at Seaside Boulevard and Coral Way, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
