Set to open by late Q3 2025, the property will mark the debut of the Autograph Collection brand in the Philippines through a strategic conversion.
Singapore – Marriott International, Inc. and CG Hospitality have announced a signed agreement to convert the iconic wellness destination, The Farm at San Benito, into an Autograph Collection resort — the first of its kind in the Philippines. Scheduled to open in late third quarter of 2025, the transformation marks a significant milestone for both brands, bringing Marriott’s distinctive Autograph Collection to the country.
Known for its brand promise of being “Exactly Like Nothing Else,” Autograph Collection is a curated portfolio of independent hotels that offer one-of-a-kind experiences, distinguished by their design, character, and immersive hospitality.
“We are thrilled to partner with CG Hospitality to introduce the Autograph Collection brand in the Philippines — a vibrant market full of potential,” said Rajeev Menon, President, Asia Pacific (excluding China), Marriott International. “Wellness has become a key driver in travel, and the Philippines—with its natural beauty and growing wellness reputation—provides the perfect backdrop for this unique offering. This expansion reaffirms our commitment to delivering differentiated experiences in new and exciting destinations.”
Dr. Binod Chaudhary, Chairman of CG Corp Global, added: “The Farm at San Benito has long been a crown jewel in our portfolio — a sanctuary where nature, wellness, and heartfelt hospitality converge. Partnering with Marriott International to integrate The Farm into the Autograph Collection marks a new chapter in our global vision. Together, we aim to elevate wellness tourism and introduce a transformative experience that resonates worldwide.”
Spanning 52 hectares of verdant landscape in Lipa City, Batangas — just 90 minutes from Metro Manila — The Farm at San Benito, Autograph Collection is designed as a wellness haven focused on holistic healing and personal growth. The resort integrates nutrition, movement, integrative medicine, and mindful living to support guests on their journey to lasting well-being.
The 70-key resort will offer a mix of luxurious accommodations, including one-bedroom villas and private two- and four-bedroom villas with pools. Planned amenities include a swimming pool with a pool bar, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a serene spa, and a medical wellness facility. Culinary offerings will span five distinct dining venues, along with a lobby lounge and two additional bars, ensuring a personalized and enriching gastronomic experience.
Ideally positioned for both leisure travelers and business guests seeking restorative escapes, the resort will also feature 321 square meters of flexible meeting and event space with natural light, catering to a variety of corporate and social functions.
Guests can explore nearby cultural and recreational landmarks such as the historic churches of the “Little Rome of the Philippines,” Mount Malarayat Golf & Country Club, and Casa de Segunda — a preserved 19th-century heritage home offering a glimpse into Filipino heritage and lifestyle.
The Farm at San Benito, Autograph Collection will be Marriott International’s 13th property in the Philippines, joining its existing portfolio of 12 hotels across six brands, with five additional projects currently in development. It will also be part of Marriott Bonvoy, the company’s award-winning global travel program.
