Sun Life Philippines Wins Silver Stevie Award for HR Innovation

Company recognized for future-ready programs at 2025 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards

Sun Life Philippines has been honored with a Silver Stevie Award at the prestigious 2025 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, recognizing the company’s innovative approach to human resources management. The award was given in the category of Innovation in Human Resources Management, Planning, and Practice, in celebration of Sun Life’s forward-thinking initiatives aimed at building a resilient and future-ready workforce.

The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards celebrate outstanding innovation in business across 29 countries in the region. Sun Life Philippines’ winning entry showcased its strategic HR programs focused on talent development, employee engagement, and cultivating a culture of continuous learning—all designed to equip employees for long-term success.

The award ceremony took place in Seoul, South Korea, where regional business leaders gathered to recognize excellence. Representing Sun Life Philippines at the event were Yna Alba, HR Transformation Lead, and Jeffrey Viri, Talent Acquisition Manager.
